Leadlark

Find your first SaaS prospects.

Know who to approach, why they fit, and what to say. Describe your SaaS in two sentences; get up to 20 relevant companies, a named decision maker at each, and email drafts you review before sending.

Your first search is free. No card. Nothing sends automatically.

Start with what you already know.

People, company fit and email drafts together.
A focused shortlist

Your decision

Your next step should be a conversation, not another spreadsheet.

Leadlark is for founders selling a SaaS or online tool to other businesses. Start with one offer and one market.

Skip the blank-page research

You do not need a lead list to begin. Describe the problem you solve; review the customer profile before the search.

Know why you are reaching out

Each result puts the company, decision maker and reason for the match in one place.

Send something you would reply to

Start from a short draft connected to the company fit. Make it sound like you before anyone reads it.

One offer. One shortlist. A clear next move.

  1. Describe what you sell

Two sentences are enough to start. Add your website and choose a country. Creating your customer profile is free.

  2. Check the fit before you spend

Adjust the industries, company size and roles. Running the contact search costs 5 credits, shown before you click.

  3. Choose who deserves an email

Review up to 20 contacts and their drafts. Edit, approve and copy or send. If fewer than 5 usable contacts are found, the search is refunded.

From “who would buy this?” to “here is what I would say.”

Follow one illustrative result from offer to draft. Fictional data, shown to explain the workflow.

Draft to review

Why this company fits

A small B2B SaaS company with a growth lead: the company type and role match your offer.

Subject: onboarding at Northwind

Hi Maya, I help small SaaS teams make their onboarding emails clearer. Since you lead growth at Northwind, I thought this might be relevant. If onboarding is on your list, would a couple of ideas for your welcome email be useful?

Your next move: edit the draft, approve the contact, then copy it or send from your mailbox.

Illustrative example, not a real search result. Northwind Labs, Maya and the address are fictional. No email is sent from this preview.

Small-batch outreach. You stay in charge.

A starting point for thoughtful conversations, with the controls you need before sending.

Your address. Your replies.

Send through a mailbox you connect, or copy and export without connecting one. Replies go straight to your inbox.

Every draft is yours to edit

Change the subject and body, or ask for a shorter, friendlier or more direct version. You decide which contacts to approve.

A clear stopping point

An unsubscribe link and your postal address go into each email. A shared do-not-contact list keeps opted-out addresses out of your future searches.

Follow up without losing context

Optionally send one follow-up. Replies are not detected automatically: mark a contact as replied to stop the follow-up.

Try one search before you pay for another.

Verify your email to get 5 free credits: enough for one search. Then choose a plan or a credit pack. Each search costs 5 credits and targets up to 20 contacts; fewer than 5 usable contacts means a full credit refund.

Is this for me?

Leadlark is designed for founders of SaaS and online tools that sell to other businesses. It helps you find people to approach when you have an offer but no prospect list. It is not a promise of customers, replies or sales.

What exactly does the free search include?

After you verify your email, you receive 5 welcome credits. One search costs 5 credits and targets up to 20 contacts, with company fit and email drafts. You review the profile before running it. No card is required to try.

Will every search return 20 contacts?

Twenty is the target, not a guarantee. We filter out contacts that do not meet the usable-contact rules. If fewer than 5 usable contacts remain, the search is refunded in credits.

Where do the contacts come from?

A business-contact data provider supplies the contact data. We keep named people at company addresses and filter out personal mailboxes and generic addresses such as info@. No contact database can guarantee delivery or a reply.

Do I have to connect my mailbox?

No. You can review, copy and export the contacts and drafts as CSV. Connect a mailbox only when you want to send from Leadlark. Your mailbox password is stored encrypted and is not returned to the browser.

Will Leadlark email people without my approval?

You choose which drafts to approve and send. You can optionally enable one follow-up. Replies are not detected automatically: mark a contact as replied to stop that follow-up.

What about unsubscribes and outreach rules?

Sent emails include your postal address and an unsubscribe link. Opted-out addresses are blocked in your future searches. Rules depend on the recipient and market; you remain responsible for checking that your outreach is permitted. These controls do not establish legal permission.

Do I need a subscription?

No. You can buy credit packs instead of a monthly plan. The price and credit cost are shown before you commit.

Give your product a chance to start a conversation.

Describe your offer. Review who fits. Choose your first email. Your first search is free after email verification, with no card required.
